Our Services
Fresh Nest Co provides home cleaning, organisation, and family support services in Doreen and surrounding suburbs. Every booking is handled with care and attention to detail, and services are customised based on your home and preferences.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to our services where necessary. For example, if a home requires additional time or specialised cleaning products that weren’t discussed during the booking process. Any changes will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Bookings and Confirmations
All bookings are confirmed via email, phone, or SMS. You’ll receive confirmation of your scheduled date and time once the booking has been accepted. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can reach you if adjustments are needed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand life happens, especially for busy families.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover allocated time and resources.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property or is turned away without notice, the same 25% fee will apply.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate reschedules and emergencies with fairness and understanding.
Payment Terms
Access and Safety
Please ensure safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. We kindly ask that pets are secured and fragile or valuable items are stored away.
If unsafe conditions or hazards prevent our team from completing a service, we may pause or cancel the session for safety reasons, with notice provided to you.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Our goal is to ensure every client feels cared for and confident in their clean or organised home.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared during the booking process is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and never shared with third parties without consent.
